Ron in the service department took great care of me after my truck was experiencing some issues just minutes into a 10 hour drive. He and his team got things figured out so I could drive safely and then handled the follow up services once i returned.

I love Anderson ford. My experience thus far has been great. Everyone there is friendly, very courteous and knowledgeable helpful. When I was there they were giving away toys! I get email reminding me when it’s time for my next service. George Garcia my service advisor keeps me advised on the progress and the time frame and also offers me refreshments. I think that is awesome! Not only do they take care of your vehicle they take care of the the you and that is why I will recommend Anderson ford.

By hiring honest employees and not selling lemons to pepole and over charging fixing what they promise my paint is still not right on my 2020 explorer the financial paperwork dosen't match they never gave me money for one of my trade ins completely dishonest chris and lacy are rude and disrespectful dishonest and should be let go for what they jave done as a owner of a company i would never tolerate employees treating customers they way they do
The people at Anderson Ford in Kingman do a very nice job the service people especially George goes out of his way to make sure the customers are happy I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from Anderson Ford in Kingman
