I told them what I wanted, and my price range. Jason and Lacy in the service department sent me to Phillip in sales. He was so helpful and friendly. Got me exactly what I wanted. And then Seleena helped me with the finacing. What a great team.
I went in with BAD credit. I honestly didn't think I could get approved for anything I'd actually want to buy, especially because every other dealership wouldn't approve me or give me what I wanted on my trade-in. The new salesman, Phil, made the whole experience fun and easy and he knew exactly what I wanted. They got me EXACTLY what I wanted on my trade-in and put me in a 2013 Explorer XLT with 50k miles on it!! Make sure you ask for Phil :)
Because they charged me 45 dollars for changing the oil my car when they have a advertisement on TV for 29:00 Dollars I don't think it fear so this is why I am not satisfied
I have purchased 2 vehicles from one of the salesmen that worked there. The only reason I bought there was because of that salesman. You really lost an asset when you let him leave. I will follow him and continue to purchase from him at is new place of employment. I will admit that I don't know the details but when you have someone that good, you should hang onto them.
We very much appreciate our salesman Andrew. He showed us the car we came to see and let us move forward at our own pace. And when a snag came along these folks did what it took to earn our business. I have never before felt like a dealership meant it when they say "How can we earn your business?" Anderson proved it. Best car purchase ever We will return.
Came intoday and wasnt really expecting to leave driving a new car, this dealership blew my wife and I away today. They went above and beyond and we are greatful..Madison and the manager my family thanks you and your establishment for all you have done..
Through the whole buying process they worked with my needs and went out of their way. I was stranded with out a vehicle and had to get back to Vegas. They in turn brought the vehicle i purchased to me in Las Vegas! Definitely recommend and will purchase another vehicle.
The service department treated me horribly with disrespect. Specifically James Burdette. When I complained because my service was taking too long they practically laughed at me and when I was checking out James raised his voice in annoyance at me. My daughter finally had to tell him to please leave us alone because he was raising his voice, being rude and trying to intimidate me. I will be taking my money elsewhere, and I suggest that other women that need to have their cars serviced find somewhere else also. No one deserves... read more
