Very friendly staff and great trucks!
Super friendly and prompt service. My service adviser even notified me of a filthy air filter and worked with the fleet company on getting it replaced. The next time my work van needs any service while I'm in the Kingman area, I will definitely return!
After a horrendous expirience on Saturday, I was immediately contacted by Chuck who promised to make it right. He spent the day working a deal that was out of this world. Not only did he get our deal done today, but the owners of this vehicle work in fort mohave and las vegas. The sweetest man drove to both places for the paperwork and then dropped the car off to me in Las vegas. I am beyond impressed! Colorado River ford and Chuck go above and beyond. Thank you!!
As of Sat.the 6th of July I am a new car owner of a 2015 Ford Focus. I won't to Thank Chuck Mote of Colorado River Ford of Kingman AZ for doing such a great job helping me to get it. It is my first brand new car I have ever had. Thank you again Chuck Mote for making it a great experience

we don't think they did anything to our car which had a leak when we took it there, and was still there when we brought it home. Since they assured us they tested it, and found NO LEAKS. And yes, it leaks and after over $500.00 we paid, they now want another $700.00+ to do what they were already paid to do in the first place. CROOkS. And we will let everyone know, and it will be on newsfeed on facebook and they have lost a customer. not that they care cause there are enough suckers to pay for work they don't even do. I limped in with a huge trailer and a major turbo problem. Jason and Brad jumped on the problem and I was back on the way by the next morning. They didn't know me and might never see me again but I won't forget them. A huge thanks to 2 guys with a focus on the customer!!! I'll be back!
my first experience with them was great! but after this second time not liking them to much, sales guy was nice but after the 2 sales we did it was like he dropped off the face of the earth could never get ahold of the guy by email or phone call!! was told the money they owed me check was in the mail but it wasn't, not very professional. which is to bad. the car deal was amazing but the communication part was a little scattered.
They are awesome. They fixed an issue with my key and gave me two brand new ones without any cost to me. It's been almost 6 months since I've bought my car from them. Clint is the best he is for the customer all the way.
