Parveen is such a lovely, genuine lady. She is so easy going that she put me at ease instantly. She explained what was happening all through the process and is very knowledgeable. Avoid avoid avoid Lady was extremely rude over the phone! I simply rang up to enquire more information and she bit my head off . Not the proper way to speak to customers. Lost out on a customer and others i would have recommended also.very distressing experience.
Amazing person and amazing service was given . It’s a shame I nearly did not go because I read the reviews which were negtive but I am so glad I did go . Not only did she make me feel comfortable and at ease . She explained everything so well she knows her job to the best . She also given advice about my food fiber intake I walked out not only feeling better but also now aware of why I have been facing issue . Please don’t Belive me the negtive feeeback because she is amazing .
