I bought a 2011 suv for these jokers 3 months ago .... With in the first week i noticed it was not running right so i took it back .... 2 days later i get a call saying there is NO problem with the car .... I go to pick it up and as soon as i started it it was doing excatly what i said it was doing ... So i demanded the mechanic who said it was running normal and i got i guess the shop spokesman showed him what it was doing .... So they tell me to take it somewhere else .... Same result .... A terrible service experience. Put my Jetta in for a VW recall and I had 2 warning lights on, although my car was driving fine. I was told the while the mechanic was driving my car into the bay, the power steering turned off. It would cost $1598.00 to place a new steering module. We pulled the car out of there, (my husband drove it without the power steering) and took it to another mechanic who had it less than 24 hours and was able to reset the computer.
