Disappointing, My FIRST and LAST Subaru. This review is completely honest and there were MANY Positives about my purchase. My salesman was VERY nice, but not very knowledgeable about electric cars- I feel should have had better product knowledge about a car he was selling. I brought my Subaru in for routine check up. I can sum up the entire experience in one word, outstanding. All service personnel I encountered I was met with consideration and explanations about everything.
I had my wife’s 2025 Subaru forester serviced on 7/18/25. I just want to say We are totally satisfied with the serviced performed at Grand Prix Subaru. From the time we arrived we were greeted promptly by a service advisor Kevin Killelea whom explained everything to us in great detail. The customer service during my visit was alright but after the fact and dealing with the manager was a nightmare. I am not going back to this location under any circumstances and will probably avoid the dealership altogether. I'll find a better mechanic who won't jack my stuff up and then insist it was already a problem before I came in. In the end, no resolution and I am definitely ex customer.
it took them almost 6 hours to do a service I as told would take about 2-1/2 hours. Upon investigating they did not start on my car until 2-1/2 hours after my appointment. What good is an appointment if they are going take people with no appointment ahead of you? I doubt they will get another chance to disappointment me.
I came to Grayson Subaru with reasonable expectations. My car’s air conditioning had a few issues that needed some attention, but it was still fully functional. After they installed a new AC control panel, I drove away in 90+ degree heat with no working AC because they had drained the refrigerant and didn’t bother refilling it. The visit itself was fine. My daughter and I came in on Saturday to look at preowned Subaru Foresters. We spoke with Vinny Gorden and let him know the payment range and that I was already preapproved with my Credit Union. He didn't try to take my credit information to see if they could beat my APR nor try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle than what we wanted. He searched the inventory based upon what we wanted and from there we test droved the SUVs that matched our needs.
