Bought a car here 2 years ago brand new, after they sold the vehicle I originally wanted before I got there and didn’t decide to call and say the vehicle was sold.They were running a tires for life program, my sales rep did not mention that all services had to be done at the store. One of the worst Dealerships out there. Did an online inquiry, talked to their cyber people, had my car appraised and was waiting on numbers. They never followed through. The salesperson Dan literally had a sale, just needed to follow through and he would have sold a car with very little effort. No call from him, no sorry. Nothing. He clearly didn't need or want the sale and I went somewhere else. Stay away. They clearly don't need the money or business
RecommendedI bought my first Subaru- a 2016 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium at Rafferty Subaru, and they were great. However, I brought it in to Colonial Subaru for maintenance since Colonial is much closer to me. They’ve always been professional, friendly and accommodating. I have always used them for all my services on this car I have never thought I was asked to do more then was needed service department is great however not as fast getting an appointment now. To was the longest I have ever waited for my car to be done 4 hours and was inspected oil change and alinement
Bought Volkswagen Tiguan in feb. it’s past 2 months no hear for registration tags from dealer. After several follow ups with Ann the lady in registration said it was their spelling mistake in form they sent causing delay. They asked me to go to Dmv to get extended temporary tags!! Heights is my extended temporary tags is expiring in 2 days. They broke their promise again of getting permanent tag in a week!!! Pathetic after sales service.
Great service dept. I have been using another Subaru service center because it was closer to me and have not been happy with them. I walked in here with an issue and they quickly solved it and were friendly and helpful. They will get all my future business for service. Thank you!
A TOTAL DISREGARD TO THE MILITARY!! My son, now an active Marine, & I purchased a vehicle, 2003 Toyota Camry, from Colonial VW & Subaru in Feasterville-Trevose, PA on November 17, 2015. At the time of purchase, we also elected to take on the extended warranty Gold package thru Auto Source Incorporated offered for 3 years/45,000 miles to cover in the event if the car encountered any mechanical issues for $2,000 which was blended into his monthly payments. Awful !
The worst customer service. You’ll get the red carpet buying the car (even though the manager thought that me trying to negotiate the price was “just about the principle ” ) but after you drive away... Good luck on trying to speak to someone even if you email, text and call/ leave voice messages over the span of a month. Ended up taking my car to another Subaru location who are way better- day and night.
