Best experience buying a car without pressure or headaches.
Excellent customer service. They were able to fit me in last minute, the service advisor was super friendly and attentive. They even washed my car and had it all nice and shiny for pick up. I've had some bad experiences at two other Philadelphia area dealerships and though this one isn't the closest, I will def. go back on the basis of great service.

I really hate buying cars... that being said, between DJ and the finance team here, this was a true pleasure! I walked in on a Wednesday for a test drive and drove my new GTI off the lot on Friday! My husband and i went here back in august, we were unable to get approved for a car loan. Since then we went to another Volkswagen location and were approved. This location is shady and is still running our credit apps through banks, 3 months later. Shady shady people
