I lived in this park for 5 years; my home was robbed in from of wittnesses at 2 in the afternoon. The lookout was a living just 2 trailors away up untill he was arrested for kidnap and rape 2 years latter ( look it up for yourself ). 2 more people living in the park were just arrested for armed robbery; they all still live here. There are what appears to be open drug deals on the mail drive. So If you enjoy a good party and do not care about you valuables or what your children see this is a great sight for you.
CHANEL 9 NEWs NEW BERN, N.C. - A New Bern man arrested for rape, made his first appearance in court. Ricky Mancilla is charged with second degree rape. Police aren't releasing many details but, say the act took place New Year's Day. This isn't the first time Mancilla's been in trouble with the law. He was charged in 2011 for communicating threats. He's in the Craven County Jail with bail set at $75,000.
