I cannot say enough about my car buying experience with Colonial. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that we plan to buy another Explorer from Colonial when we are in the market for another car. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable.
I bought my 2003 F-150 in 2004. The truck is awesome. I am still driving it.
By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with my salesmen frank and he made the deal happen. We drove from out of state to purchase this vehicle. Nobody in the northeast could beat their price. When we got there the truck was detailed and ready to go. We did the necessary paperwork and were out the door with a great deal and even a better truck. When the time comes to purchase again I will not hesitate to give them a call. Well worth the drive.

Normally I have no complaints with the service department - was in for an oil change and tire rotation - in and out w/in an hour from the time the valet attendant checked me in - but this appointment w/the service advisor was a bit weird. Still will get my service at Colonial as I bought the car there and they are overall good.
Had a 10AM appointment for an oil change and arrived early. The 'valet' took 10 minutes to check me in due to a number of cars in line. Then I wait a little more and go meet with a service advisor. I was ultimately there 90 minutes just to get an oil change. The 'valet' process is utterly unnecessary and very inefficient. What happened to the days when you parked and simply met with the next available service advisor????
