Had my 30,000 mile service on my 2017 Ford Escape. The service was done well and quickly. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. And the hot chocolate was good too!

The salesperson who handled my transaction was Tim Barret. We have been driving Fords for the last 15 years. Tim was the absolute best at handling this transaction. He spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the new car. He offered up his time in the future if I needed a little more explanation. I would highly recommend Tim.
The folks were terrific. Mark was great to make the deal with, Bill handled the paperwork easily with no surprises, & Pat went through the whole truck with me and made sure I was comfortable. He even gave me his cell number! Not your usual car buying experience. Went to some other local dealerships to drive the competition and was met with the typical car sales nonsense. Colonial Ford was so refreshing!
