Jeffrey S We have always had a great experience with the Colonial Ford Service Department. They have always been accommidating when making appointments and courteous especially when delivering bad news about a repair (which seems to be more often these days). I would rate them as a five star service center.
Edward B Very good buying experience. Had a minor mechanical issue after taking delivery, and since this was a certified used vehicle, the service department made my satisfaction a priority and handled the issue promptly.

Poor treatment of customers Avoid this place at all costs. These guys ruined my recent new car purchase experience. Although the sales guy I worked with was very good and we arrived at a good deal, you then have to meet with their business manager to close the deal when you take delivery. This guy is a total loser as he attempts to "hard sell" you a bunch of extras like undercoating, "key care", and various extended warranties costing thousands of dollars. Ron S I have dealt with Colonial's service department for almost 10 years. The job gets done right the first time, everytime. Staff is excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating, and straight forward about what work needs to be done and what is not essential.
Good service and Selection My dad bought his Ford Explorer hereand was very happy with not only the car, but the salespeople. They were very friendly and helpd us pick the car we wanted, not showing us what we didn't want. They gave us a very good price on the car and were very good to work with.
I just wanted to warn people that Ford motor company is taking orders for vehicles that they know they can not provide. I ordered a 2021 Ford f-150 in April of 2021. They were not able to supply it. The order got converted to a 2022 order in November of 2021. a date of production was assigned for April 2022. I am writing to inform you that the company has moved the production date 6 times.
