I will never recommend Ford to anyone I care about. I just purchased an Escape two years ago and have had nothing but issues since. Most recently the purge valve broke on it and Colonial sent me a quote close to 600 dollars to get it fixed. They had the part listed at 169 on the quote with three hours of labor at 120.00. I purchased the part myself and my mechanic had it done in 30 minutes. If you want to get ripped off and scammed please go here.
had my truck flatbeded in. told me I needed a new engine and transmission. i put in a new transmission in 6 years ago. turns out they just hooked the computer up. declined repairs and brought my truck home. my transmission needed 7 qts of fluid and works fine now as apposed to needing a new transmission. as for the engine still don't know yet but definitely getting second option. I don't trust them and never will they suck!!! don't ever take your vehicle here.🤨👎👎👎
I had bought a truck from them back in November of 2018 and the truck has been decent but now a year later it is having problems and there service department sucks the back up camera went out almost a year ago and they are covering the cost to replace it but have had the truck 3 times and still not fixed many other things are going wrong with the truck the added coolant and now it smells like my truck is about to catch on fire I would not recommended them as far as service parts is okay and sales ok but service is terrible.
I bought a 2016 Ford Edge from them and at 48,000 miles the right front brake line ruptured resulting in brake failure. I called the Service Department and very calmly, under the circumstances, explained what had happened. They very graciously offered an appointment in three weeks. I guess brake failure doesn't warrant any urgency or priority, it's not like I was just looking for an oil change. I called Berkshire Motors in Newtown and they offered to have it towed straight in. Guess who will be servicing my car in the future... read more
The service department is a complete joke with an incompetent service manager. I will never bring my ford to Colonial ford ever again. Big thanks to Brewster Ford for actually knowing how to fix my car, instead of accusing me of hardwiring pieces(which turned out to be my ford manufactured and installed remote start) into my car. Don’t waste your time with Colonial Ford.
So my lease was coming due in a few months so decided to snoop on line. I had a Ford Edge and wanted another but had to have the bling bling black wheels. Colonial had the wheels with the ST Edge included. Great price, great crew, great experience! Highly recommend this honest cordial dealership and fabulous salesman LEO BALLARD. Thank you. Left very happy! Till next time.
Service beyond belief! The best.... I would recommend to anyone looking to make the move.
Great place to buy a car! Friendly, professional, non gimmicky dealer. I will buy again..
