Had a lot of fun buying my Escape there. Service has been great, and they look out for their customers. Example - my lug nuts expanded and had to be sawed off after owning my car less than 2 years. A known issue with Ford, and they cover them up to 3 years now. Called Ford HQ in Dearborn and they ordered and covered the new ones. I would never have thought to do that - except for Steve, the great Service Advisor.
Service at colonial ford is excellent, they don't try to sell you something that you don't need, sales team is tops I bought 2 vehicles from there and probably will continue to do so!your salesman Mike Myers is tops also..
Great job 15k service from them time I pulled in to the time they finished , friendly , courteous & professional. Not to many places that care about the customer anymore it's about making a buck , car serviced , returned clean Great customer service !!!
