The people are so friendly and helpful. They take care of every detail and help you through the process of buying a car and make it fun. The Sales Manager Alex is great. I feel like I've known him a long time. He made me a great deal. Our salesman Mike Bordonaro was awesome. I would highly recommend Colonial Cadillac.
Best dealership ever! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure our new Cadillac was perfect- and it is! They also made us feel like part of their family.
Have purchased two Cadillacs from Colonial. No pressure during purchases and highly respectful and professional sales staff. Next step is service. To me a dealership is only as strong as it’s service department. Colonial is one of the nicest dealers around to have service performed. There courteous and very efficient. There collision center is extremely well organized, thorough, and speedy for getting your vehicle repaired and good to go. When it comes to the Cadillac family I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I did realize the price was a bit over market once I researched the car after the fact, but I have been treated well since the purchase. Service professionals are courteous, timely and highly competent. Next time I will do a bit more research up front :-)
In 1998 I bought my first car from Olson Cadillac, a 1996 Camero Convertible, in 2017 I got a 2010 Cts from Dave Robinson and last week I bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado, all from Dave Robinson and all still registered , running great, and each beautiful, thanks to a great team at Colonial Cadillac, all from a GM family of cars, they have everything you could want.
Everyone was very helpful. Mike Bordonaro took care of all of our needs. GM Brett Douglass put together a great deal for us.
