Buyer beware. By far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in my adult car buying life. I was quoted a price by Laurie Ann. Sent over the pictures of my trade as requested. I had to follow up several times regarding the state of my trade in price, so I went down to the dealership and saw Dave Robinson who was also unresponsive on subsequent follow ups. Beat dealership by far, and zero stress in buying.
The service manager was excellent However I did not appreciate a service fee for looking at my car and not doing anything about it that sucked, I needed a modular that cost $648 I got one off eBay for $32 so this is one of the reason why you have to do your homework before going to a dealership The only thing I ask is be fair trying to charge me $648 was notfair not fair. Dennis and Alex were both great! I would recommend going to see them 1st before going elsewhere to buy a car. They were both extremely professional and a made purchasing a car a stress free and pleasant experience!
