Just purchased our 2nd car from Colonial. Alex the GM and John our salesman were wonderful. The service we received during our first purchase as well as anything we needed after the sale was amazing. Alex made it impossible not to return to purchase our next car. Highly recommend them.
Everything about our experience with Colonial Cadillac of Woburn was amazing. Alex and Randy helped us find the perfect car for our family while delivering truly top notch service. We really felt like family. They took care of everything for us and made the process seemless, which is pretty importantant when you have a toddler in tow. We were lied too multiple times to the point of canceling the deal as it was not provided to us as the purchase and sale notes. After canceling the order they refused to give us the check used to purchase the car but assured us they would give it back the next day when the safe was opened. The next day they arrived, the plates were off the car that we intended to purchase, they noticed us that they sold it to someone else, great. Scheduled a test drive on a used vehicle. I was told if it sold I would get a phone call. I arrived for the test drive to learn the car was sold. Normally, a dealer would take some time to show you other similar vehicles. That wasn't even offered to me. I wasted my time, and they couldn't be bothered with giving me any of theirs. They said "sorry" though 🙄.

Recently purchased an SRX from Colonial and I can't rave about them enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the bottom to the top. They made me feel confident that I was not getting screwed over or that I was being pressured into anything at all. I even spoke with the GM Alex, who was very helpful and kind. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else in the future.
