Bought an Audi Q7 from Colnbrook car sales a month ago - unfortunately the car suffered a serious gearbox malfunction within the first week, took it to a local specialist that diagnosed a complete gearbox rebuild was required at substantial cost. In fairness Colnbrook offered to take the car back but I was keen to keep it due to the spec and colour being very desirable. This trader demonstrates his professionalism and honesty at all times during the buying process. I was prticularly impression with the fact that once the deal was done and I had paid the trader for the car, he then went ahead and had the oil chage done on my car as a gesture of goodwill despite the fact the car already had a full service history. For these reasons I, 100% recommend this trader to anyone look for a good honest deal.
I'm having to spend about £2500 to get the car working properly due to a faulty battery, overdue timing belt, and leaking EGR valve. The sales experience was characterised by misinformation. The sales office is a wooden shed. The aftersales experience is being shouted at on the phone and getting nothing in writing. The main remedy offered is to take the car back for a refund, but that's not really practical or desirable.
A few days ago I bought a beautiful white Land Rover from this place for a ridiculous amount of money. The owner took his time and helped me deliver the car to my house without asking me for additional money. Thanks to this I didn't have to insure the car right away and could do it calmly at home. Mr. Murati the owner is an amazing man! Thank you very much.
