I have been taking my pets to Collins for over 18 years and have never had any issues with them. Even my tortoise they were happy to try their best, even though it's not their speciality. Most recently my 8 year old Beagle ruptured his cruciate ligament. He was is agonising pain. Collins fit him straight in, they treated him with only essential treatment, no pumping up the bills unnecessarily like a lot of vets do. My cat needed a vet intervention after suffering from septic infection. Urgent app with very compassionate vet who understands the distress of the pet and the owner. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for taking care of Missy.
Left in a senior cat with breathing difficulties on the Fri spoke to the vet on Sat for an update and I explained I didn't have pet insurance and said I didn't want the bill to get out of hand. Long story short the cat had to be put down and I got a bill for almost £1k.
The new lion enclosure was great 🤙
