Really? I called in for a single matching reclaimed tile, so it blended in with my existing weathered tiles. Polite young man helped me in the yard and I then discussed with him about providing me with a quote for a full roof replacement to be carried out in the summer. We went into the office to pay for the tile, processed by the young man. An older, less polite man behind the counter told me in no uncertain terms that HE wouldn't have served me for a single tile.
