Very slow and incompetent, we were delayed a referral for my son because the previous staff member put tasks to the side if she didn't know how to do them! Now this new triage system is useless! My partner has been put on it about 3x now and not a single call!! When we have had calls, there is a usual lady who backtracks and sounds like she has no clue what she's talking about. We always seek alternative opinions too as I do not trust this surgery with my health!
I cannot believe that in 2025 I am typing this email. I booked a blood test approx. 6 x weeks ago for 9am this morning as there had been little to no availability before today and limited days for blood tests. I turned up at 8.40 in plenty of time for my appointment and the surgery was in darkness and the phone ringing out. Awful surgery, no care and terrible with phones and appointments. Booked an appointment with dr Williams and they had no record of it even when I called and “booked”. I turned up for the appointment but was quickly turned away with no solution other than a phone call the following day from the doctor. The phone call was even worse and a waste of my time. Finally after 4 months of severe pain I have seen a doctor who took the time to listen to me, arrange tests and offer advice. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review.
