Had a blood test with Ankita today. Very quick and efficient. Much easier than having to pick up a form and attend the Nelson!

Awful customer service, receptionists are lazy and rude with no desire to help anybody. Called up about an urgent medication, to be met with a lack of any care or concern, and she just hung up the call.
I have been a patient for over 30 years and can't get appointments or help with medication side effects. I am grateful to the doctors for their support but since lavender fields closed I have never been able to get an appointment. And doctor telephone appointments too are never available.
