I personally have not any appointments with this surgery since I registered about 6 years ago. I look after my health and as such there has been no need to visit and also hope I don't need to visit them any soon. But today I personally went to make appointment for my wife as she got hurt and needed treatment. Had a blood test with Ankita today. Very quick and efficient. Much easier than having to pick up a form and attend the Nelson!

Awful customer service, receptionists are lazy and rude with no desire to help anybody. Called up about an urgent medication, to be met with a lack of any care or concern, and she just hung up the call.
