Editorial fromSet in the space that was Craftsteak, Tom Colicchio's eponymous eatery has one sure thing going for it: the Top Chef host claims he'll be in the kitchen actually cooking your meal---that is, when he's not taping Top Chef or any other TV…

Delicious. Expensive.
Pretty expensive but if you want good italian food, it is so worth it! Come with friends and family and make it a great experience like I did. Definitely try it if you are in the area.
Don't want to try this place again!!! – I do not think people at this place know how to provide good custoer services. Foods are overly priced. So I do not recommend anyone to try this place.
So sad – Unfortunately I did not have great experience at this place. Staff is very cold and they only want to highlight that they are high end restaurant. That is not how you attract people. There are lots of other choices in NYC.
Sadly Awful – As a huge fan of Tom Colicchio, I wanted so badly to enjoy this restaurant, but it was a huge disappointment. My husband and I went with another couple and arrived on time for our 9:30 reservation, but weren't seated for another hour. Generally restaurants of this stature do something for its customers as a gesture of appreciation for the wait, but we received nothing, not even an apology. Citysearch Editorial Review – The Great White Bald One, Tom Colicchio, strikes again with this buzzed-about restaurant nestled under the High Line. If the menu in his high-ceilinged... read more
Different name same TERRIBLE service – upon waiting 20 minutes for a table in the front the hostess failed to mention that there were separate menus and we couldn't order from the main menu. we've been before and always trouble with the management. never do they bend for the customer. get overyourselves.
Great food Terrible Service – Our waiter failed on so many levels its too much to describe here. Just a taste--no utensils at dessert, when we inquired about ordering the soufle in advance of getting the dessert menus because we knew of the timing he took that to mean we didn't want a soufle. When we asked to speak to a manager no one came by. I had to get up from my table to get utensils from another table. Good Luck CRAFTSTEAK
place of great stuffs – place of steak.. lots of people visit here because of it great delicacies... i'll never forget this place...
