Absolutely amazing, they took over my property a few months after i moved in, couldnt ask for a better agent, very helpful and understanding
When we rented off Coley and Co. It was a pleasure. Andy is good to deal with and the property was in a good condition and priced reasonably. Highly recommend.
A bit like the previous review, I have had the misfortune of living next door to a Coley managed property in Nottingham (of all places). I contacted Andy in September 2021 regarding the boundary and garden after the tenants said they could get no response from the landlord. We have previously replaced some fence panels, however am loathed to do so as the tenants let weeds overgrow and push out the panels. Although Coley lettings may be 5 star with absent landlords, unfortunately this company is 1 star in respect of the tenants. For many years, I had tenants as neighbours in the property which is attached to my own. They showed me the internal walls, covered in black mould and since they have left, the garden has been allowed to get completely out of control* and the fencing which separates my own property from the property 'managed' by Coley lettings and is the landlord's responsibility, has been left to rot, after a number o... read more
I have used Andy for over 10 years and he manages properties all over the Country for me. Whenever I looking to add to my portfolio I take his advice. He ensures everything is in order and is a wealth of knowledge in the industry. If you want to rent a property without the stress use Andy, can genuinely not recommend enough.
