I will never go back here. I was 10 minutes late and was told first that my appointment was shared with another appt, second they did not have time to do a full foil highlight, and if they did a partial they would still charge me for a full! First of all, I wasn't even asked what I needed for my hair. I didn't even want a full done in the first place. This appointment was really important since my wedding is coming up, so after this poor customer service, I am so glad I didn't get any anything done here!
