I have gone to this salon for nearly 10 years and their service is fantastic. The stylists listen and transform their clients. I had been seeing Brittaney (sp?) for haircuts when I had long hair for years and she was great with helping me tame it. Great conversation with her as well. My latest visit was more last minute- so at the receptionist's recommendation, Allie helped me first with a major haircut (from waist-length to shoulder-length hair); then with balayage color. As much as I want to keep it a secret - Kelly W is by far the most amazing stylist! She is so aware and in tune with what is best for my hair type and face shape. Additionally, she completely respects the fact I don't ever use any styling products - and my hair doesn't need any with her amazing cuts!
I went in for my first ever leg wax yesterday and Amber did absolutely amazing! I will be back and Continue doing my business with her! Thank you so much! (:
I had my eyebrows waxed and the product burned my skin (I has scabs under my eyebrows for a week). I called to chat with a manager about what we could change for next time. She was to call me back after taking to the person I saw, but it's now been 5 months. Way to respond to a serious problem! I'll never step for in a Cole's salon again.
