Called, I’m a regular customer, spoke to reception about my hair and what I wanted, booked appointment. Show up today, only to be told “there’s not enough time” and then gaslighted with questions like “well, did you explain your hair....?” uh, not my first rodeo, of course I did. But no one cared. This was supposed to be my birthday present from my mom, but they totally ruined it.
Hunter is amazing! Anything I ask for I get or she will get as close as possible. If I ask her to do something different she just knows what I like. Every time I go she does better and better and I love how personable she is! I look forward to going to see her!
