Mark came to my dads care home and was very professional in understanding his needs and offering a product that was perfect for his needs. Seeing the difference between his old hearing aids to the ones supplied by Cole Hearing was amazing. The level of service after the aids were supplied was perfect and far beyond what you find with most companies nowadays.
My husband and I met Mark Cole today who came to our Home for our hearing tests. Mark was so helpful both on the phone prior to our visit and during our appointment. It was so refreshing to have someone who listens and is prepared to adapt to suit each individuals hearing needs. My dad is absolutely thrilled with his hearing aids, they are small and discreet but work perfectly. Mark was amazing and the service he provides is second to none because he knows what he is talking about and more importantly he listens to his customers. My dad says that these aids have really transformed his life and he wishes that he'd got them sooner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cole Hearing Services.

Whilst I had visited another centre for a hearing test I didn't feel comfortable with the service I was offered and subsequently found details of Cole Hearing online. A home appointment was quickly made and Mark Cole came to see me.
