They seemed knowledgeable and I have had my piecing for 9 years I selected a jewellery change . The jewellery was picked up from the cabinet by hand and put in a bag to give to the piercer the piercer took the jewellery out of the bag and put it straight in. He was very competent and did use gloves but I would have thought that the jewellery should have been cleaned first ? Lovely studio with very kind staff. I’ve been to Cold Steel a couple of times and the girl who has pierced me has always been great, funny and very welcoming. If you’re looking to go somewhere to get your first piercing, or you already have 10, Cold Steel is the place to go. They make you feel so chill, and if you feel stressed or worried, the staff make you feel at ease and they are very professional. I went there on a whim today and I definitely made the right decision. Thank you so much! 📕🚗🛫

I went to cold steel at 18:00 on Monday. They updated their times last week on google maps so I thought they were reliable however I traveled all the way there to find out it was closed. Waste of time.
I’ve never had a bad piercing from these guys! The staff are all really friendly and know what they’re doing. They’re always happy to answer my questions and choose the best placements for my piercings every time.
