We ordered a 2m Thor dining table from Coku Home on 4th June, advertised as “in stock and available for delivery within 2 days”. Before ordering, we even confirmed that we could select a delivery date after our house move, and were told this wouldn’t be an issue. The day after ordering, we were told that “coincidentally” the last table had just been sold and the next stock wouldn’t arrive for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect
Awful company!! do not buy from them! We purchased a table from them back in September, it arrived end of November/beginning of December. Poor communication for the delivery as it was over a month late! The table we now need to return, and we have sent multiple emails and tried messaging on their “chat” system with no replies. Clearly they’ve got some fake reviews on their website about communication as all we’ve experienced is absolutely awful! stay away, If this doesn’t get resolved we will be taking this to court.
