GREAT customer service from Ben Howard!! He had all the answers for my many questions and was very polite and professional while doing so. I only hope Coker Tire realizes what a valuable asset Ben is to their company. We need more customer service and sales people with Ben's attitude. I would give Ben 10 stars if I could!!!

I am done with Coker. I purchased 8 Classic tires-2 with leaking beads on multiple wheels and one with a broken belt-side wall bubble at the time of mounting. The rep [Ben Howard] was a good guy and went to bat for me on over night freight only to be told no by upper management. I have been in business 45 years and would never make a customer cancel a trip over freight. By the way it is said Coker tires are made in the USA--not so-made in Mexico!
I recently purchase a set of the new Firestone Radial GR70 - 14. These tires don't run true and take fair too much weight to balance >4 oz per side and over 70 MPH are un-drivable. I had them rebalanced and rebalanced again a third time on a road force balancing machine. Called Coker twice both time "we have never heard that before and we will get back to you".... Never to get a return a call. Expensive, can't drive over 70 mph, no customer service, ..... don't buy these tires and don't count on Coker's Customer Service
I order dual redline radials which are only made by Coker and the first set was so "out of round" that the installer would not even attempt to install. Because of the timing they made me purchase another set of tires prior to a refund so I could get them shipped quickly, only have them delayed because they were doing inventory, and the second set could not be balanced and were also out of round.
