SOME OLD BAG "BERNIE" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE MY TONE SUCKED TODAY. I'VE WAITED FOREVER FOR PRO TRAC N50s TO BE IN STOCK. I WAS THE FIRST TO GET AN ORDER IN LAST WEEK FOR 2 TIRES $900 AND I GOT A DEFECT. MATERIAL ACTUALLY MISSING FROM THE TIRE IN 2 SPOTS!! NOT A SCUFF .....SOME CLOWN EVEN PUT A STICKER ON THE TIRE STATING IT WAS THE "LAST TIRE" THEY PUT THE STICKER RIGHT ON THE DEFECT AREA. LOL GREAT EMPLOYEE !! Unbelievably poor service. I ordered (and paid for) a tire online from them, a simple process with all items listed in stock. Five months later, with no feedback from my many emails and voicemails (the phone is always either busy or puts you into voicemail) I finally get an anonymous email from Coker Tire telling me that they have been waiting for one item which was (apparently) on back order. I told them I have given up on them and just want my money back... I am doubtful that they will do the right thing and reimburse ... read more

I ordered a set of wheels, trim rings and caps one year ago. All were listed as available. One year later, have not received them. Have not had one email or notice other than an initial email that stated the order would be delayed. I call every few months.... Trim rings might be available in October. Wheels might be available if my order is included in a shipment later this month, if not, who knows. So, unless you want to have your money vacant for over a year with no update, I would think twice.

Purchased a new set of tires for my 71 VETTE. After having them installed, I attempted to clean the blue ink off my white lettering only to have it a coffee color at best. Looks like shit on any car let alone a show car which is what these were bought for. Long story short, I contacted Coker and spoke to Adam who wanted me to buy a new pair ($700) up front after I already paid for the ones on my car then they would reimburse me when I return mine or take mine off which would require me (100% Diabled vet) to try to find a ... read more

First called up and dealt with a salesman. No need to mention a name. After no reply's after a week, I reached out again and Brad Swihart assisted me. He was very helpful and responsive. Give that man a raise. Thanks again Brad! Now all I have to do is wait for my tires through this pandemic.

Worst experience I’ve ever had .I ordered 4 new red line BF Goodrich tires and it took 10 tires to get four to balance, not to mention the money it cost me to break them down and re balance all of them. I have other complaints but what’s the sense of complaining nothing will never be done about it. I’m done with coker tire!!!!!!!!

Paid for 3-day shipping. It has been 9 days & still no tires. Shame on you Matt! Salesman Matt & head office won't even return my calls! Shame on you Coker!!!

Terrible Coker Tire Experience - I ordered (4) 15 X 7 Rally Wheels, Rings, Caps, and (4) Firestone Wide Oval Radial (redline) for my 68 Vette in July of 2020. When I ordered there was an estimate of 6 weeks until delivery. I called after the 6 weeks and was told that 2 of my rims were in, all caps and rings were there, and the tires were available, so once the other 2 rims were available they would ship.
