Couldn’t purchase 18 Tacoma locally because Toyota at the avenues wasn’t interested/capable of matching out of town deal. Car wash left hard water spots on my 15 Highlander, so I elect not to get free car wash with service. Both times Tacoma serviced, there were issues. The first time, they kept my Tacoma overnight and after being serviced, there was chewing gum stuck on rear floor mat. After today’s 10k service, there are oily fingerprints on hood. I was early for my appointment Hana had information quickly and I added the car wash. My service was completed in 45 minutes. Waiting area spacious and clean
