I recommend you find somewhere else to take your car! I have had nothing but issues with this place. It is usually something small like ask to get car washed and they don’t or set an appointment and it still take 2 hours for an oil change, but it’s always something. Today I’m done with Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. If I have to worry about the safety of my vehicle that takes the cake for me!!! It was a very efficient experience My attendant was gracious and very happy doing her work. I would come back because of her.
Bought a used vehicle from you last week, left dealership with no paperwork(not one sheet), has been a week and still nothing. Evidently no one checks out vehicles before they are put on lot for sale? Having trouble with battery dragging which is affecting starting at times. In checking the battery it is covered in corrosion and appears to have overflowed at sometime. This should have been taken care of before selling. James DeAmbrosio was my salesman and did a good job concerning the sale. Robert Elson
