The staff is courteous. they informed me of the cost for diagnosis and then of repair. Ruben was taking care of me. He escorted me out to my car to show the poor condition of my tires. There was no pressure from them on the repairs to be done. I have to call back to schedule. Ruben explained the details of the repair to be done and costs. Thank you!
First Time buyer and I must say I got the best of the best to take care of me! Victor Rodriguez was amazing! Not only for having such a beautiful personality as far as welcoming me and making me feel like it was all a breeze to get done, but he also helped me a lot by breaking everything down for me. There was no such thing as a stupid question for Victor, all of my questions were important to him and were answered very kindly each time . I made the best decision ever buying my first brand new car with Coggin Toyota !
