The service manager and service was excellent. She was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. I love the recommendations page. Very informing...about what the part does and what can happen if not replaced.
My service advisor Carl Tebbe was awesome! The service department seemed a bit backed up, because I was there 3.5 hours even with an appointment, but everything I needed was done and the price was good. I always take my trucks to Toyota of the Avenues to be serviced, and I always recommend them! (But do make an appointment!) And ask for Carl!
So friendly, timely and really went the extra mile by checking all the recalls on my car.
