Purchased 3 cars from there over the years. Almost always great service and today was no exception for getting my car serviced. I bought a new Charger and quit going to Orange Park Dodge because they have the WORST customer service and techs I have ever dealt with. I still haven't given them the last review when I had to take my car in for a recall because I need more than 10 minutes of time to say everything I have to say about that dreadful place. SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH COGGIN TOYOTA when I got my own new car...

I had to take my Toyota in for a recall adjustment to the computer. My experience with Coggin has always been they are courteous, pleasant and efficient. They offered me a complimentary car wash, without even having to ask! It was never offered at the other dealerships in Jacksonville. I haven't had the offer since I moved up from So. Florida. They also checked my tire and fluids. It is always a pleasure at Coggin, and they make it all seem so effortless.
Our experience at Coggins was excellent. Vitaly our salesman walked us through every step showing us different models and the differences between them We test drove several and chose the right one for us. We are very impressed with Coggins and their sales staff
