I travel across town to go see the service ppl at Coggin Toyota because they are that good. I bypass the closest Toyota just to get the awesome service at Coggin.
Ron was my service manager and has been for some time now. He gets my car in quickly and efficiently even if I roll in with no appointment. Today was a simple oil change but despite the crowded waiting room I was in and out quickly. Ron keeps me coming back. He is fair professional and always listens to my concerns about my vehicle. Rubin did the same for me several weeks ago. I will continue to service my Toyota there as long as Ron is there:)
I was a new customer using the service center today thinking that I was getting the 44.95 fall into saving service package that was on facebook that why I went there for the 1st time . the package is an oil-change,tire rotation, complimentary car wash and multi- point inspection.but I got an oil change, tire rotation and they forgot to wash my truck and charge me 24.99 for my my tire rotation... My bill was 78.00 dollars not the 44.95 price! I think I will be going to Arlington Toyota..I was at you're location on fri 19 2018
