RecommendedVery quick. Very friendly employees, one even made me coffee, it's the little things...i really enjoy going here, I work on my laptop with their wifi while I wait, love the free coffee and bottled water. 5 stars.
It's take almost 4 hours for oil change and alignment even though had appointed.
Amanda was great and very cordial. so far car is running well. Have always had this car maintained thru another dealer. All i want is honesty in maintaining auto. so far so good.

I hate car buying mostly because the price on the window is never really the price. It gets personal and emotional and I think most dealerships play off of that. To be honest the best experience I ever had was at a Lexus dealership. I’m a straight forward person who doesn’t enjoy the back and forth game. Professional customer service today. Brought car in for object stuck to rear tire and was worried I might need two new tires. Coggin performed free inspection, removed object and gave me good news that the object did not cause a puncture and I have more life left on tires-yeah! No pressure to purchase tires or more services at this time. Coggin also added massage chairs in the lobby-a very nice while u wait stress reliever. Thanks Coggin!

There were a couple of mixes up with the bank but the customer service I received there was amazing and they worked very hard to help me and my wife get the car we needed
