I was a little disappointed this time as I made an appt for "The Works" but still had to wait past my appointment time. Next time I will go in when they open like I used to do. great service recently took my flex in because of warning light showed up for my appt. service advisor knew who i was when got out of vehicle went inside she verified the reason for my visit told me up front technician cost $$ added oil change multi point inspection tire rotation actually cheaper than other places got me ride home called me update of problem and $$ called me when transport on way to pick me up

Excellent service department. Fast and reasonably priced service what more could you ask? Service writer Rick very efficient but didn't try to over sell me, and the service tech Matt was absolutely the BEST! He performed the necessary repair quickly, with utmost respect for my classic Ford .

service department is horrible. You make an appointment and they don't even get to it when your car has been there all day. this is on a Friday and I'm not even offered a rental. Now they will have my car all weekend and it was a brand new car now it is having transmission problems and this is the second time it's been in there
I have bought two cars there and the people are great. service is top notch.
