Great service department , friendly staff ,recently took my 2013 F-150 pickup in for a recall issue and was in and out with about 45 minutes .

Service quality requires rework and additional visits to dealership to perform maintenance every time. They always forget to refill DEF tank, wipers and coolant. Now with the most recent visit they forgot to change to oil even though the bill said they did it. Now I will as always have to take another day off work to physically watch them so the work they say they do.
I and my husband have been customers of Coggin DeLand Ford for over 30 years and are satisfied enough to have purchased 6 vehicles in that time. The service department has always treated us with curtesy. The sales department, Paul Parisse and Paul C. Bent over backwards to get us the right vehicle and the right financing and I am more than pleased. Even though all of the changes the dealership has experienced in those years I know the customer is their main concern.
