RecommendedI did my research online and went in to see just two vehicles. My saleswoman was Allison Consuegra. She didn't waste my time by trying to show me vehicles I wasn't interested in nor did she try to upsell me to something more expensive. She showed me just the two vehicles I was interested in and let me test drive both. I had one other vehicle at another dealership to look at but Allison made me such a good offer that I couldn't leave. She made the experience very pleasant.
Bought a brand new Ford Fusion from this dealership and it started having electrical problems shortly after. We brought it to the service department several times and each time we were told they couldn't duplicate the problem. Hard to believe because the problem arises every couple of days! We also have several videos showing what the car is doing and Ford still can't figure it out. They went as far as removing the lo jack that we paid for which didn't fix the issue and now the lo jack is a paperweight. Steer clear of this d... read more
