I bought a used vehicle from them that has had numerous issues and I don’t believe was completely looked over prior to me purchasing it. These people do not know how to tell the truth! LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES! NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN😡. I thought you said you detailed this car? “Of course we detailed your car”, get a call two days later when do you want to bring the car in for a detail? 😳 oh you payment for 36 months will be this, get to the paperwork oh your payment is that amount but for 65 months!😡 says on the window sticker these things are included can’t find them in the car anywhere are you going to replace them! In the past they have actually lost my vehicle (had it for 2 months!); They had my car last time, it was supposed to be a 1 day job, they never contacted me, and I tried reaching them by text, phone, and eventually I had to drive there to talk to someone after I left work-no one was left in service- they just closed up (with my car) and NEVER contacted me- I had no transportation for work; They NEVER answer texts (which they text you to say you can do) nor do they return calls; Calling there is a nightmare- you can never get... read more
The service dept is great. My truck was in for an oil change and they recommended a tire rotation at 7000 miles. Changed and done in a timely fashion👍👍👍

Brought my truck in to get an oil change, 4 hours later my truck was finally done. It has never taken so long to do an oil change. It wasn't even real busy, very upsetting.
