RecommendedDon "Lucky" was amazing! Ecstatic over our 2019 F250!!
What a rip off they are. The air suspension light went on on my Lincoln Navigator and they quoted $2500 to fix 1 wheel. Didn't even offer or care to offer the alternative of converting the air suspension to standard spring and shocks at a significantly lower cost. Needless to say, we picked up our vehicle.
Husbands F-250 is doing the DEATH WOBBLE; waiting on a part for more than 3 weeks . This is not acceptable. This is a seriously dangerous situation since I-4 is his way to work. There is concrete walls and bumps all over that Interstate. . Not to mention the traffic and the fact that he is pulling a load . I would appreciate some urgency to be placed upon this service work .
RecommendedWell I just wondered why the service advisor turned to another advisor and made the comment, “He didn’t by the vehicle here”. What difference does that make??
Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I've gone twice for the same recalls and now my car is worse off than when I went in the first time, (thank the gods I have a real mechanic for actual issues). The malfunction they (ford) agreed was caused by the recall was never fixed the first time. Although their site offers loaners during service, they do not. TLDR If you'd like to repetitively miss work or pay $30 extra a day to rent a car while they continuously screw yours up for a simple f****** recall go for it.
Truly unprofessional staff, I almost had to Mr. Reese them in their own building.
Improve customer service.
