Probably one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. Communication second to none. Hire contracts straight forward. Car delivered within hours of accident. Really empathetic and professional staff. Honestly couldn't fault them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Well what can I say.... insurance sent my details to these on Monday and had to sign a credit hire agreement which stated they was charging £523 per pay to the third party insurance for a private hire plated vehicle took them till the Friday for them to say they're unable to provide me with a suitable vehicle as only budget vehicles available with their suppliers. Cogent hire is a superb company, I cannot fault them in any shape or form. The 2 girls I spoke to were brilliant, they would call just to check if the courtesy car arrived and picked up OK and have just been absolute gems through my whole time I was dealing with them. Big up stacey and megan.
