I chose to sell with Coda after observing them have a good handle on the local market and swift sales. They did not disappoint, this is perhaps the most efficient and streamlined Estate Agent experience I have had. Jennifer took care of everything and ensured that I was kept up to date at all times between herself and Lewis. This is there first time I have used CODA. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a very good experience with them when selling their property. I have to say they were amazing to deal with. We agreed all fees up front, and that is exactly what I was charged, no sneaky extra fees!!! They had the property up for sales within 24 hours of the photographs being taken. They gave me detailed feedback on every viewer. I was told that Lewis would be my point of contact and he was great. I can't recommend them any more.
I recently used Diane from Coda to rent out my property. The process and experience was all very good from start to finish. She met me out at my house initially to survey the house and explain the process. We managed to obtain the correct type of tenant i was looking for and again the process was all very smooth. Very good communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coda and particularly Diane. Great service.
