These guys are awesome. Kiwi Craig rocks! We booked an appointment at the showroom and because we travelled from afar, we arrived really early. This was no problem for Craig (the boss). Craig was so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about his products - we were blown away. He ‘opened our eyes’ to a far greater range of products than we could ever have imagined. So pleased we visited the showroom!! It was so good to try out the sofa beds, see how they work and choose the right fabric for our sofabed! Being in the showroom made all the difference..... and we choose differently to what we had planned online! Fantastic service & we were given plenty of time to ask questions and try things out. Craig is fantastic and knowledgeable! I would urge anyone who can to go to the Cocoon showroom, as the options for sofa beds are endless! It is well worth making a visit. We’ll be back to make a purchase once my husband returns from working aboard! Thank you Craig.
