If I could give lower than a 1 star, I would. I bought a used Ford Focus from here, was assured both by the dealership (I believe the lady's name was "Tammy") and the car fax report that the car had no previous issues. Allegedly the manager of the store had owned the car. We spent around $10,000 after waranties and everything else for a car with 113,000 miles... In a little over 2 months, I have had to have this car serviced 3 times for engine and fuel pump issues. One of those times put me out $1600 and I still continue to ... read more
This is a special kind of dealership, folks. It's all good, from service (thanks again Katie, Barbara, Stephanie, Gem) to sales (Keith, what a nice, helpful human being you are - thank you for your time). They just plain make you feel WELCOME and they get right to taking care of whatever your needs are. Kudos everybody! This is how a car dealership is supposed to be! Special thanks to Katie & Keith! We're new the Honda world but our experience with Coconut Point Honda was a very positive one. We worked with Josh & Nick and in less than 24 hours we walked away with a beautiful, previously loved CR-V for the right price. The entire experience was pretty easy and although we had a few minor glitches when it came time to take possession of the car, Nick worked with us to resolve them quickly. Thank you guys!
I had a great experience at Coconut Point Honda dealing with Zak as my salesman. Zak listened to what I wanted and was never pushy or impatient. He was also very kind and personable. In the end, he got me a great deal on my car. To this day, Zak still helps me out with scheduling maintenance and answering any questions I may have. I have already recommended Zak to others and plan to continue to do so.
Jason Unwin was absolutely amazing as my salesman. Karen in finance was superb too.
