I just bought an HrV from Coconut Point Honda on Black Friday. Zak and Karen were very nice and the only positive part of the experience. However, the GM, Jerry, was incredibly RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. Not only was his tone of voice and attitude terrible, but he is also a LIAR. When I asked him to provide me with the $250 Visa gift card that was promised on Coconut Point Honda's website with the purchase of a new Honda vehicle, he told me that that was not part of the deal even though it was LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! We had a great experience leasing our new CRV today! Zak and Chris (sales manager) were excellent to work with. They were very respectful and did everything they could to get us the best deal. My wife was super thrilled they had a kids room with toys, books and TV -- that came in handy for our 1 year old son while we signed paperwork with Ben the finance guy, who also was great. Please see updated post on cph fb page. 0 stars!!!!!!! We had a great experience at cph. Zak was an awesome salesman, was not pushy at all. He really let us take the lead. He made sure we knew that he was just there to assist us and it was all about what we wanted. We had our three children with us too, and no one in the dealership made us feel they were too loud or unwelcome ( as we have experienced at other places!for them just being kids). Car shopping is not my favorite thing but I had a really good experience with Jason Unwin at Coconut Point Honda! He let me test drive 2 different ones and was interested and forthcoming without being pushy. His response when I texted from elsewhere was prompt and he got me the deal that I wanted. When I was under time pressure he also delivered the car to me later in the day and then held onto several items that had gotten left by mistake! I have nothing but good to say about my experience!

I had a great experience at Coconut Point Honda! Mike was able to get me a great deal on an awesome car AND a really good trade in value! He was very patient, worked with me until I was happy, and called to followup later that week to make sure I was enjoying my new car and if I had any questions. We first looked online and went in to look at a specific crossover. I spoke with Robert the Internet manager over the phone and in person and with Jo Orlando as the salesman. I hate shopping for cars but these two made it a pleasant no hassle experience. No pressure, very real and genuine. Although we ended up getting an SUV elsewhere (it suited our needs better), I felt a need to recommend both of these men for car buying. We will need another car in a couple years and I will be coming back here to look because of them

I called about a used call for my granddaughter. It was advertised low milage, one owner, like new. I asked if the price was negotiable. The salesman, Devin Furrow, spoke to his used car manager who said not on this car. I drove right to the dealer to see the car where I was told that it was rough and had been wholesaled out. Either that was a lie or the ad was a lie. Either way, it was an obvious bait and switch and a waste of my time.
