We were treated like “royalty” our Sales Person and finance manager were delightful and bent over backwards to get us what we wanted at a price we wanted to pay. We will continue to do business with them in the future.
They give you nothing for your trade in, it’s insulting. They offered $4k for a 2009 Mercedes that’s on autotrader for $10-15k. I understand dealerships need to profit, but other dealerships will offer you double what they do.
I recently bought a new car here last month and had an excellent salesperson, Sam! I am a first time new car buyer, and he was incredibly patient. He explained every step of the paperwork, and he helped me get an excellent deal. He truly went above and beyond as a salesperson! He made the car buying experience a success! I truly cannot say enough good things about Sam!
