Will never buy another honda!! Was sold the extended warranty and was told I’d need new shocks and brakes . They new that was a LIE!! Will not be coming back for service either!! You’ve lost my business forever! Was it worth it to you??
Have had to file a complaint with the BBB against this dealership. After 11 months of correspondence with the finance dept, I still have not been issued a refund for coverage that was purchased at the time of sale, never applied to the vehicle, and subsequently cancelled. I have the signed cancellation form stating the amount to be refunded so I'm failing to see why this is such an issue. Horrible experience, shop elsewhere.
I drove two hours down to Coconut Point Honda to check out and hopefully buy a used vehicle ( Chevy Express Conversion Van ) that I was very interested in. It turned out that it wasn't really what I wanted and they were very understanding and made several offers to mitigate my concerns. Looking back, I should have bought the car. I bought a bit larger, more expensive GMC Savana up the road and am satisfied with it, but I think I'd be more satisfied if I would have just bought the one from here. I just got my new civic and I am amazed with the great deal I got! My sales rep Dee Eddy and sales manager Rony Levy were beyond helpful and did everything they could to get me what I needed. Dee was kind and laid back and you could tell she just wants to make her customers car buying experience as easy as possible. I would recommend them any day!!
